I’ve been doing the first Sport BU course with Jane for a few weeks now, and would highly recommend this to anyone. We’ve been learning a routine, whilst also learning other moves that are not a part of the routine. For example inverts, alternative planks etc. Since the very first week where I couldn’t do a tuck, I have improved greatly, with the help of Jane of course (who’s incredibly strong and talented). I’ve had a great time and it’s definitely been one of the best decisions to join!

Even when you’re really struggling and want to give up she never let’s you and always has you doing a move you never thought you would be able to! My strength has definitely improved since starting in October and even though it is a workout it is really enjoyable! I would 100% recommend this course to anyone and everyone!

I’ve only been going to polz apart for a month and I love it the atmosphere is so friendly and everyone is so supportive…. When I first attended I didn’t think I would ever be able to do half of the stuff others can do, but Jane is amazing and I already feel so much more confident in throwing myself out there and pushing my self each week i love it so much I feel so much more stronger in myself. Aerial training is a great way to build upper body strength, everybody can achieve something in every class and it’s a great way to build personal confidence. All the instructors are super encouraging and very friendly. I’ve loved every class I have been to and couldn’t recommend more!
