I joined Polz Apart last May with a couple of friends after a few weeks my friends had other commitments and they did not continue, I would have stopped going as I don't like doing things on my own but Zea made me feel so comfortable that I carried on, she really makes everyone feel welcome I am sure all of her students will agree she is fantastic at what she does.

I have and would recommend any one to start pole dancing, when some people think of pole dancing they turn their noises up and I really think that Zea and her instructors at Polz Apart really show people that it is a great form of excise, the classes put you through your paces and I am working on muscle that I haven't worked on before, after a month or so I noticed a difference in my body shape which was great.

Zea is a fantastic teacher her class is with out doubt the best excised class I have ever been to, excise can be fun and Zea defiantly shows that in her classes.

I have learnt so much for her and I am continuing to learn more I look forward to every class which is very rare for me as normally I try and get out exercise.
