We aspire to ensure a fun, friendly and safe approach to learning Pole Dance Fitness and encourage all students to work at there own pace to ensure maximum benefits.

Polz Apart looks towards enhancing social, mental and physical growth so that inspiration and opportunity increases. We have ladies from 16 to 60+ having fun and working at a level that suits them at our studios in BOURNEMOUTH, POOLE, FERNDOWN, WAREHAM, BOVINGTON and VERWOOD .

All our pole dancing instructors have Public Liability Insurance and are First Aid Trained.

Updates

We like to keep all students updated with all that we do at Polz Apart…from shows and events that we are planning (we are always looking for ladies to join us!) to class timetable changes. We hold regular events and shows which are open to all students.
