All instructors have Public Liability Insurance and are First Aid Trained.

As you progress each week strength, flexability and stamina is increased Animated gif of girls on poles. and the moves become more challenging, before you know it your spins become faster and your climbs get higher all in a safe environment with full support from your experienced instructor.

Pole parties are also available with the portable podium, either in your own home or a chosen venue, great for Birthdays, hen nights or a girls night in!

The pole podium is also available to hire for your party.

I am so pleased I phoned up about pole dancing classes in the new year. Zea was so friendly and welcoming putting me totally at ease before my first class and I absolutely love it! I'd heard pole was good exercise but it is great fun too, a group of normal everyday girls in keep fit clothes, having a laugh and a good time whilst getting exercise and learning a new skill, that isnt as easy as people think it looks. Its much better than the gym or an exercise class and I keep going every week, rather than giving up like I do with the gym.
